	So if you took a bracing early morning stroll up the beach and down again, you can reward yourself with a full Ulster fry or just a big steaming cup of coffee. And right through the day - if you're feeling hungry, we'll have the answer on the table in much less time than it will take you to cook it. The menu is varied, from snacks, heartwarming stews and home-made soups right through to a la carte - if you want to bring your own wine, we will be delighted to chill it and serve when appropriate.There's also a carry-out service with anything from burgers to fish and chips.
